The CIPD Qualification and membership
Achieving professional membership of the CIPD demonstrates that you meet the rigorous requirements and professional standards for good practice in HR.
Professional membership is open to both HR generalists and specialists and Learning & Development Professionals. It showcases your ability to create a real impact in the workplace, and make a difference to an organisation’s strategy and its people.
Above all, it emphasises a commitment to your continuing professional development and desire to stay current.
Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management (IR&HRM) builds skills through papers in Education Studies, Human Resource Management, Labour Studies and Psychology.
This interdisciplinary approach gives a multi-perspective understanding of how legislation frames IR & HRM, the relationship between education and training, and employability in a globalised environment.
